All SPYPOINT devices need a memory card to function, either and SD or Micro SD, depending on the device. We always recommend using a premium quality class 10 SD or MicroSD card. Always long-format your SD or MicroSD card, even if it is new.

Photos are sorted on the memory card immediately after they are taken. Photos will be recorded on the DCIM folder on the memory card. You will then need to open the DSCIM subfolders to access the full-size photos.

If the signal is weak or the battery is low, your cameras may not be able to send photos to your phone. Make sure that your cameras are set to the correct photo mode and transmission frequency. You can change these settings on the app or on the camera's menu.
